      老年期抑郁障碍因其病因、临床特征、评估诊断流程及治疗干预面临重重挑战,成为临床诊疗难点。本文围绕老年期抑郁障碍诊疗专家共识(2025版)的核心内容结合临床关注点系统解读了共识形成背景、风险因素、特征识别及多维评估、诊断及鉴别、治疗原则和策略、康复及复发预防,深化共识理解,以期推动共识推广应用和老年期抑郁障碍的规范诊疗。

      Late life Depression encounter numerous challenges in terms of etiology, clinical manifestations, assessment and diagnosis procedures, as well as treatment interventions, making them a difficult area in clinical diagnosis and treatment. This article systematically interprets the background, risk factors, feature identification and multi-dimensional assessment, diagnosis and differentiation, treatment principles and strategies, rehabilitation and recurrence prevention of the core content of the expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of depression disorders in the elderly (2025 edition) in combination with clinical concerns, aiming to deepen the understanding of the consensus and promote its application and the standardized diagnosis and treatment of depression disorders in the elderly.
